•  We, BabyNucci.com, are manufacturers and the sole copyright holders of all embroidery designs we sell.

• All of our designs are protected by copyright laws and nobody is allowed to re-sell or distribute them. Sharing and/or Selling our designs  through ebay, internet or any other way is illegal.

• You may stitch BabyNucci.com designs on items for personal use, gifts and items to be sold as long as you do not mass produce (up to 150)

• You are not allowed to copy or resell BabyNucci.com designs in part or whole from any of BabyNucci.com design collections
  All copyright laws apply to all our Digitized Designs

• These Designs are sold by BabyNucci.com and are not embroidery cards.

• You will need to have the appropriate software/hardware to transfer these designs to your machine

• Each design comes with a printable color chart sheet

• Due to the nature of embroidery software, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  All designs have been tested  and stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale. 

• Electronic files  will be delivered again if they become corrupted.

• Sales Tax: Texas sales tax  to Texas customers 8.25% to the total

• Design sets will be sent by electronic delivery, via instant download

• CD can be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL for $7.00. If customer require it. Will ship within 2 business days of payment.
