- We, BabyNucci.com, are manufacturers and the sole copyright holders of all embroidery designs we sell.

All of our designs are protected by copyright laws and beside Creative Fabrica, nobody else is allowed to re-sell or distribute them. Sharing and/or Selling our designs through ebay, internet or any other way is illegal.

You may stitch BabyNucci.com designs on items for personal use, gifts and items to be sold as long as you do not mass produce (up to 150)

You are not allowed to copy or resell BabyNucci.com designs in part or whole from any of BabyNucci.com design collections
All copyright laws apply to all our Digitized Designs and to all cliparts and images. -
These Designs are sold by BabyNucci.com and are not embroidery cards.

You will need to have the appropriate software/hardware to transfer these designs to your machine

Each design comes with a printable color chart sheet

Due to the nature of embroidery software, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All designs have been tested and stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale.

Electronic files will be delivered again if they become corrupted.
